I'm H Pylori Negative, No Ulcers Either Do Have Chronic

I'm h pylori negative, no ulcers either do have chronic gastritis according to upper GI. I have had 7 or 8 acute pancreatitis attacks within 3 month this year already. This is new. I have had throughout my entire life stomach or digestive issues. Cramping, pain, diarrhea or constipation. I'm still having nausea, pain, bloating and pain radiating to my back. I have pain on both the left and right sides of my abdomen. Sometimes the pain is all together other times it is only on one side. A stabbing pain. I feel sick if I eat solid foods, but better on a liquid diet. I do not drink alcohol and I've changed my diet to very low fat, mostly fat free. I've lost over 30# in less than 3 months. What do I need tested now? I'm on Rx antacids, anti- nausea, anti-spasm and pain medication. They help most of the time, but other times the pain meds don't help the pain at all. Is this chronic?
