I'm am experiencing heel pain in my left heel. I would describe it as biting and radiating up the back of my leg. Sometimes I am unable to put weight on my left heel. I looked up plantar facitis (sp?) And bought some heel cushions which have decreased the incidences of not being able to put weight on my heel. But what is the difference in symptoms for bone spurs and plantar facitis?
