I'm a preschool teacher and we just finished our field trip 2 days ago. We spent around 2 hours watching the sea lion and bird shows under the sun. I left my water bottle at the bus and was only able to drink around 1L of water during the entire trip compared from my usual intake of 3L. After that we head straight to the aircon bus and traveled back to school for 2.5 hours. When I came home, I headed straight to the shower, ate dinner, and slept. The next day I feel hot from the base of my neck up to the back side of my head and ears. It's been three days but I still feel hot inside even if I went back to drinking my usual 3L. I don't feel clammy but I still feel uncomfortably hot from my back up to my head and ears. What could be the problem?
