Im a healthy 30 year old female and I had surgery to remove multiple blood clots in a hemmroid a week ago. It hurts more than anything when I have to poop, like someone is ripping my anus apart with a knife. Also I can not pee at all unless I am in a bathtub. Whenever I sit on a toliet the poop tries to come out. It barely is more than a small hard ball. It burns and hurts but I always have to stop it bc the pain is so bad. I'm worried bc the pee doesn't come. It's been a week and I've peed maybe 4x total. I have to pee, my bladder is full but I can't at all. Please help. Hurts so much
