I'm A Healthy 30 Year Old Female, A Med Student,

I'm a healthy 30 year old female, a med student, non smoking, fairly active, and 145 pounds at 5'10". I do not have a history of varicose veins. I take wellbutrin and adderral (and have for a while).

I've noticed over the past few years that my lower legs tend to swell and that there are indentations in my legs due to my socks. This seems to have gotten worse lately. Also, the skin on the anterior portion of my shins gets flakey at the end of the day. There is no pain and no discoloration.

Could you tell me what might cause this? Is it potentially serious?
