I'm A 36 Year Old Female With Excellent Health. I

I'm a 36 year old female with excellent health. I routinely worked out - running 1 or 2 miles twice a week with moderate weight training. In October, I started experiencing extreme fatigue, chest pains, shortness of breath, and tingling in my face and limbs.

I've been oxygen therapy (2) for over 8 weeks. In my most recent doctors visit, my O2 sat went from 97 rest with a heart rate of 71 to 77 with a heart rate 128 30 sec into the 6 min walk test. I have pulmomy function test (twice - both can back normal for all measurements except 6 min walk test) echocardiogram, TEE, left and right heart catheterization (aforementioned all came back within normal range with exception of echocardiogram which indicated my right ventricular pressure was very high), VQ scan (no results yet), and I'm scheduled for a CPET next week.

The doctors have run every test - or at least I feel like that have - and have yet to come back with a diagnosis. Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
