I'm A 28 Year Old Male, Fairly Active. I Notice

I'm a 28 year old male, fairly active. I notice that when i dorsiflex, a small lump forms on the side of my right leg approximately 3 inches above the ankle bone. It's soft and squishy to the touch and does not cause any pain. I've never seen this before until recent. I've been spending a lot of time sitting and crossing my legs (sitting Indian style) studying. I've broken my right tibia and had a plate put in from my the bottom of the tibia to the middle. But this lump is recent.
