I'm. Having joint pains at the shoulder. Mostly shooting either at the Front or the back of the shoulder . It agitates mostly when cold air blows on the arm other times it just goes on its own I've done physical therapy to see if it would help at first it did but pain comes back i sometimes wake up in sweats at night from the pain it almost feels like a needle is being jammed in my shoulder joint
