I'm 44, Workout 5x/wk, And Live In FL. I Went

I'm 44, workout 5x/wk, and live in FL. I went for a six mile walk/jog today at 1:00 in the midst of the sunny heat. Yes, I was very hot, but not nauseated, dizzy, weak, faint, or feeling sick in any way. Around mile 4 I noticed my hands were swollen, felt almost numb, and didn't easily bend. It didn't last very long. I rubbed them and drank a lot of water when I was done. I have my annual next month and plan on discussing it with my primary care physician, but was wondering now what this could have been. I've also recently been diagnosed with a third kidney that is blocked. My cycstoscopy is next month too. Thank you. YYYY@YYYY
