I'm 43 Year Old Female. I Had A Tonsillectomy Over

I'm 43 year old female. I had a tonsillectomy over a month and a half ago. My throat and ears no longer hurt but when I swallow I feel like the bumps on the back if my tongue rub against my throat. The best way to describe it is it feels like I have food that won't go down when I swallow. Is this normal and will it eventually go way?
