I'm 33 year old female, trying to conceive from last 3 year.

1)My gynaecologist advised me to take tab.Thyronorm 100 mg for (Tsh- 3.7). As she wants the Tsh level below 2.5.

I repeated Tsh test after 2 wks it was 2.6. This time I went to endocrinologist ,he said not to take tab.Thyronorm.

My tsh has always been between 2.5 to 3.5 in last 2 years.

Really confused as to take the tab or not.

2) Also been advised to take inj arachitol for low 25 OH vit D3(6.42) once in 15 days/2doses

3) I get tried easily,gained almost 6 kilos in last 2 years(struggling to reduce), facing hair fall and graying ,lack of energy, hard time staying focused.
Please help
