Illness, Heavy Sweating, Fainting, Dizzy. Headache, Nausea, Heavy Breathing. Heart Attack ?

WHERE DO I REPORT THIS RED CROSS NEGLIGENCE?????

Red Cross VERY NEGLIGENT Sept 10, 2013:

My Very 1'st Heat illness (my experience)
VERY heavy sweating (I sweat out ALL water that I drank on sept 10 2013)

Feeling Faint,
Dizziness,
Light headed,
Fatigue,
VERY Weak & shaky,
cramps,
Nausea,
Headache,
Heavy breathing,
Heart felt shaky/jittery.

First aid building run by Red Cross SERIOUSLY NEGLECTED me, DENIED ME NOT 1, but 2 empty cots! According to this page, I should've been laid down:
They also waited about an hr before calling me a squad..... All along I suffered while forced to stay in a chair..... WHAT IF THAT WAS A HEART ATTACK PATIENT THEY PULLED THIS ON?!?!?!?

One patient came in about 15-30 minutes later, took one of the empty cots..... Lady in other room needed only a chair, must've overheard my situation, pulled a worker aside and specified that she didn't need her cot &'was willing to give it to someone else who came in needing it; I needed it right then! en empty cot wasn't helping someone who needed it NOW! Had someone else came in needing it, they would've been given that cot, oh but not me!!!!! I was discriminated against.

The lady's plea fell on deaf ears as I kept telling the workers I'm very sick &'really needed to lay down..... All the while cot went unused..... I was ALONE that day, couldn't call for help, my cell phone got wet & was in a bowl of rice, Red Cross workers & a few of the fire dept workers who were also there took advantage of my vulnerability & badly neglected me..... I think they knew I was very ill but didn't have the skills to help, & want to deal w/ it. They ALSO tried to get me to take a ride to the gate & drive home in my very ill condition; I was being rushed to leave ASAP..... They likely knew how I'll I was, &'were just trying to get rid of me, even if I wrecked trying to drive the very long ride home, but I wasn't falling for it!!!!!!!

This happened a few times at least..... Each time I warned them I was in absolutely NO SHAPE to drive, that in my shape I wasn't even safe to drive; I was being honest about it. I never had any heat illness until that day.....

These people running the first aid building are FAR from qualified to even care for very I'll people!!!!! They're under educated, under equipped, need FAR MORE COTS FOR THOSE WHO NEED THEM, & I ABSOLUTELY NEEDED ONE!!!!! They used the fact that I'm a biker against me, &'the first time I was able to get a cot earlier that day, my bed was very sweat soaked..... I strongly believe a few factors (no fault of my own) were clearly used against me..... I no longer trust the Red Cross to help me if I ever fall ill at public events.

Dear Sir
Thanks for writing to us.
Although It would have been much better that you would have written a letter to the concerned authorities also.
I fully understand your feelings but all healthcare facilities at times have lesser resources than they require. The persons concerned have to do triage and at times it is not up to the mark. Possibly there is never an intent to discriminate or harm someone.
Still I fully sympathize with you.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
