If your EKG and Xray was good (no finding) .

Yet, you feel pressure for two weeks on the right side of your chest that you never felt for two weeks and then
this pressure seems a slight sharp pain is that a lung issue?
I believe cardiologist said EKG was ok, yet I remember PCP mentioned my left lung was a slight bigger.
I have been suffering from cough for 2-3 months on and off and recently 2-3 weeks ago treathed with Zpac
