Iam a 70 year old male trying to remain active. I suffer from joint paint throughout my body (possibly muscle pain also) I have been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease by the VA. The pain is 24 hr. cycle, hard to walk and keep my balance getting out of bed, numbness at bottom of feet which remains the rest of the day, along with balance issues and knee pain and hip pain, shoulder pain, and what feels like neck soreness and tiring of the neck. I like to work in my yard also play golf 3-4 times a week. maintaining balance is troublesome for both activities. I become depressed when unable to do what I want to do.
