I Woke Up Yesterday With An Upset Stomach, And It
I woke up yesterday with an upset stomach, and it has been unwell all through the night and all through today. My poo is normal so its not diarrhea but I just have massive stomach cramps.
I feel nauseous constantly but have had no vomit, I can keep food down but I dont feel well after it.
