I Went To The ER With Severe Neck And Shoulder

I went to the ER with severe neck and shoulder pain. I couldn't turn my neck and was running a fever. They did xrays of my neck and spine, ct of my neck and shoulders, and lots of blood work . Blood work indicated my c reactive protein was elevated and my ESR. ER Doctor gave me pain pills with no diagnosis. Went to PCP and she gave me antibiotics due to a tick bite . Blood work did not indicate a tick borne disease. I have coronary artery spasms documented by a specialized heart cath and before being diagnosed with that had a slight heart attack due to spasms. What could have caused this excruciating pain. This was a week and a half ago. I'm having no symptoms now . It's a mystery to me.
