I Was Very Sick With HBV (HEP B) About A

I was very sick with HBV (HEP B) about a month ago, I was very sick had gone to the hospital 2 times the first time I had very high blood level in my liver, leaps, and belly ribbon, I think liver count was 2700, leaps were 1200 and belly ribbon was 800, I since with in this last week have been able to get up and eat normal and went back to work. The last two days my ankles to my thighs have been very swollen to the point it hurts to walk. Today my hands are tingling, my blood pressure has been 95/60. What could cause this.
