I Was Told By A Gynaecologist I Saw This Week

I was told by a gynaecologist i saw this week that i have a low bladder ( i have not had children or ever been pregnant). i compete in fitness competitions and go to the gym 5 times a week. She told me i shouldn't do any 'up/down' movement with weights like squats as this will cause the bladder to lower further. i asked her if i incorporated exercises that strengthened my core and pelvic floor, if this would help. she said no they would not. Is this true? can i still gym if i do core/pelvic exercises or should i not do any movement up down like squats and just hope it doesn't drop further?
I have no other health issues, i take no medications and i am 35
