I was taking 8 advil a day to treat a frozen shoulder, in order to continue to work through the pain. (I am a massage therapist.) After 12 days, bruising appeared on my left thigh and I decided to take an iron supplement. The day I took the iron supplement, I noticed dark stool that seemed to "bleed" and bloating after eating. Is this an ulcer? Only had the dark stool for one day. (Stopped the iron and no more dark stool.) I only have insurance coverage if I am admitted, I can not afford the bill otherwise.
