I Was Subscribed Eliquis And Metformin About Two Months Ago

I was subscribed Eliquis and Metformin about two months ago and I have developed these systems, The Metformin caused me to have bowel problems so the doctor told me to stop the metformin. The other systems are that when I stand up and start walking I will just black out and hit the floor, But before I black out my legs will start shanking like they just won't support me and down I go. I thought maybe the arteries in my neck may be blocked again, Yes I had this problem before but that was between 2005 to 2007 I really can't remember, But the arteries were blocked and my doctor operated on both sides to open the arteries. And I have been fine until know. Do you think maybe Eliquis may be the cause or something else?
