I was seen clients last Thursday in my psychotherapy private practice when I noticed by the end of the day I had two red bite marks on the back of my left leg, one on my left thumb and one on my right shoulder. I figured they were mesquite bites. However I have two more that have appeared on the back of my left leg just behind the knee and above the knee as well as one on my right knee cap, in the last 24 hours. They are the size of a quarter with one appearing slightly larger. They are red swollen and itchy. The one on the thumb has reduced in size and nearly gone as is one on the lower back of the left leg. I don't know if I am breaking out or if these are bites. Further I have noticed my lower back where the kidneys are is sour. I don't know if this is related or not but the sourness is within the last couple of days.
