I Was Recently Given A 2nd Antibiotic For A Recurrent

I was recently given a 2nd antibiotic for a recurrent UTI, but when the urine culture came back, there was no urine bacteria present. My labs also came back abnormal this time, just a month after the last UTI labs. My father had bladder cancer years ago, after being treated for a year with antibiotics for UTI's and bladder infections; it was almost Stage 4 when they found it. He had to have his bladder removed. Should I be concerned and ask for more detailed testing of kidneys and bladder? There was 100mg/dl of protein in my urine this time; a month ago, there was just a trace. I also tested positive this time for Nitrates, UA, when it was negative last time. This time- 100mg/dl mg/dl Glucose, UA - negative last time, small amt of bilirubin this time, negative last time
