I was on birth control for about 10 years but recently went off of it for a month, then went back on, and now i went off of it again for a month. I am in a long distance relationship and will see my bf in 18 days. My period should start in about 12 days... Would the pill be effective if I start a new birth control pack now to skip my period? If not, when should I start to take it?
