I Was Given Toredol Iv A Few Days Ago At

I was given toredol Iv a few days ago at an ER facility, and I gave them a complete list of medications I'm taking on a daily basis plus drug allergies and why. Ibuprofen being one of them because of severe stomach problems and also I'm taking sertraline. Half way through the Iv injection I started competing severely and the nurse just waited so she could finish putting the rest in the Iv without any concern that I got so violently ill. When I was discharged shortly after, I was given no anti nausea medication so I also threw up in the car on our way back home. My question is, if this is normal procedure or should they have stopped injecting this particular medication at once?
