I was downstairs in my basement playing with my dog, she run and tripped me. I fell backwards hard onto my concrete floor hitting my back and my head. 5 minutes later i bent down to get something up stairs and this bright yellow liquid came pouring out of my left nostril. It looked like egg yolks it felt like i had a nose bleed except it was watery and yellow. it was a considerable amount. I feel a tiny bit dizzy, but not majorly should I be seenat the ER?
