I was diagnosed with ppdepressn 30 yrs ago. Took zolft. Off n on same meds for yrs. 5yrs ago my psychia got creative and gave me depakote. Changed me forever, I quit her and it within 2 months. Cold turkey.
Few years ago I discovered a serious abandonment issue i have. Last year my partner of 7 yrs cheated and it sent me into a wild erratic violent obsessive emotional tornado. Now i'm discovering (while educating myself on ADHD for my son) that I have BPD. I'm a mess. Where do I start. plz , no drugs.
