I Was Diagnosed With A PPD Allergy About 5 Years

I was diagnosed with a PPD allergy about 5 years ago and have been taking 15mg mirtazapine for nearly 5 months now and 25mg quietiapine for about 2 years and have weaned down on diazepam to only 2 and a half mg a night. My concern is are any of them sulpha, sulfinamides or sulfa drugs because on my list of sources of paraphenylene diamine chart the doctor gave me years ago when I had a severe reaction to a temporary hair dye my face got blown up with sunken eyes. I think my psychiatrist may want to up my dosage of mirtazapine from 15mg to 30mg since I'm not sleeping very well but I'm worried because it says on the leaflet that the 30mg has the added ingredient red iron oxide and BLACK Iron oxide. Could u please advise me urgently on this please. Mayb I should just double up on the 15 mg mirtazapine since that doesn't have the added red iron oxide and black just the yellow. I'm very confused as to the next step to take.
