I was asking about pain in my feet at night.

I was asking about pain in my feet at night. I guess it is gout. I am a recovering ovarian cancer patient for 7 years. I take Hydrocodone and cabapentin every 6 hours and daylight vitamins a,b,c.and d. What can I do to get rid of my pain in my feet. I also take syntroid and 1 ambien at night.?

Yes, I just would like to be able to put a name to my symptoms. I m 65, active, hike 8-10 miles a couple times a week. I m at ideal weight and on a plant-based diet for 7 years. I have been experiencing bone pain and stiffness with any change in position in my hip bones, feet, kneecaps. I also get random point- tenderness in various boney prominences like on my wristbone, kneecap and hips. There is no arthritis in my family. This all started after I finished chemo and was put on first Arimidex then Tamoxafin post lumpectomy in 2016. I had to quit the hormones due to the bone pains Could this be arthritis associated with these drugs? Does it ever go away? I am doing well otherwise but its annoying and requires me to take Ibuprofin at night which does help. What kind of doctor should I be asking to see? BTW, I am not on any medication Thank you!

My foot pain is only noticeable at night when I am trying to sleep. It is a kind of searing pain in the forward part of the instep of my right foot. Ibuprofen does seem to help though I hesitate to take pain medications as I feel that the pain is trying to tell me something.
