I was a smoker in the past. I noticed an ongoing tickle of a couch at bedtime. The x-ray findings were, the lungs are hyperexpanded with changes of COPD. No pulmonary airspace opacity, pleural effusion or pneumothhorax. Heart and mediastinal sructures are compresse by the hypeexpanded lungs. The trachea is midline. The skeletal structures are deminerialized but appear intact. I received this report in the mail while overseas. Now I know why I am out of breath when I exercise. Can I still exercise riding a stationary bicycle. Am I a candidate in the future for a inhalation aerosol, I am 70 yearsof age
