I very rarely consume alcohol. I had one wine cooler today to try to help relax my neck because of tension causing neck pain. Within 15 min of finishing my chest started hurting, collarbone and sternum area started hurting and I felt like I could not breath deep enough. This has happened 2 or 3 times over the last year. I only drink one drink every 2 to 3 months and never drink hard liquor. What causes this? It scares me.
