I Tweaked My Back On Wednesday. On Thursday I Called

I tweaked my back on Wednesday. On Thursday I called my doctor and they told me to go to the urgent care since they had no appointments. They prescribed a pain medication and gave me an injection. The doctor said that if the pain wasn't getting better to go to the ER. I am unsure whether I should do that or not. The pain doesn't seem to be getting better and it hurts to stand, sit, or even lay down. The pain is radiating down both legs, front and back, around to the front of my my pelvis. It is also starting to radiate up my abdomen but I thought that was due to the pain of sitting. Any time I move or shift I feel a lot of pain. I am wondering if I should go to the ER or not.
