I traveled to Bali and got sick over there. I went to a doctor and it turned out I had E. Hystolytica. I had to start off with an antibacterial antibiotics course as well as a Flagyl (Metronidazole) course. After I finished the Flagyl course I needed to start a Gabbryl (paramomycin) course for which I took 1 tablet of 250 mg every 8 hours. Unfortunately, I just discovered I had to take 2 tablets (instead of 1) every 8 hours. Should I finish the course taking 2 pills every 8 hours now, or what other course of action should I pursue?
