I Think I Sprained My Upper Right Arm While Stretching
I think I sprained my upper right arm while stretching it out doing yoga about 3 weeks ago. It was bearable even whilst exercising but I had a deep all body massage and when the arm was done it seriously was very painful.
Now after two days it seems to have gotten much much worse.
What shall I do and will it go away eventually?
