I take the medicine effexor, I forgot to take it yesterday morning but remembered around 4 and took it. It has now been more then 24 hours and I still feel the my head is extremely foggy, I cannot seem to think straight, I am dizzy and I get nauziated every once it awhile. It honestly feels like I am still having withdrawal symptoms for the effexor. I am miserable. Please help.
