I take sleeping pills in order to sleep and have been taking them for over a decade with no problem, however, sometimes I wake up to use the bathroom. When in the bathroom I may fall asleep prior to urinating and I tend to fall off the toilet. Last night, I got up and went in the bathroom and fell asleep. I woke up 5-6 times. Each time I fell forward and hit the left side of my head, front left side of the head, nose, and left eye. I have bruising and a lot of pain but also the left side of my head is numb from my forehead to about half way back ... but, only on the left side. I am a little concerned.
