I take many heart relate drugs. Recently Amlodipine, isosorbide were added and losarten was doubled. Also I take sotolol plus several others. In the last two-three days my had feels pressure and I get quite dizzy. Could this be inner ear problems or maybe the drugs . Also since some of these drugs have been added recently could it mean that my heart failur is worse or maybe nearing "the en". Would appreciate your help. Thanks.
