I suffer from anxiety and other stress related issues and it's caused me to have a great deal of grief in my personal life. My relationship is failing because of these issues, I'm falling behind at work because I don't want to go around my co-workers for fear of them judging me, I have nightmares of the same things every other night and I can't take it anymore. One of my friends asked me if I was ok because I was acting strange and I told her what was going on and she gave me something called a zanax bar and it made life bearable. The problem is I can't get a prescription for it and I don't have the courage to talk to a physician in person about it what should I do.
