I smashed my head really hard on the side of the bath this morning and have had a severe headache since and when I did it I got a massive headache, felt sick and couldn't see properly and couldn't stand up without nearly falling over!! And now Ive just got home still with the same headache and feeling a from this morning, (probably 10 hours after it happened) my head got really painful and I suddenly had a nose bleed. The roof of my mouth and everything from my nose upwards has started feelings numb and painful. I'm not sure what to do
