I slipped on wet pavement and fell two weeks ago. For the last four days I have had a persistant pain in my mid back that feels as though it's under my ribs. Like a big knot. Massage helps but pain comes back. I am on my feet all day at work. Ibuprofen does not help. The first two days it felt as thought my right knee was trying to slip out of joint. I do have chronic back bain that comes and goes but never middle right back.
