I slipped at a restaurant about a month ago and fell pretty hard. Initially I felt a lot of pain in my hip. I did not recognize the pain in my hand that I used to break my fall. It started out very sore but now it hurts from the start of my hand all the way to the first joint of my thumb and I have trouble lifting and gripping with that hand. I thought it would go away with time but its the same. What do you recommend?
