I seem to have an open lesion running a long line of the mons near the inside skin. No hair there, it occasionally bleeds & burns if urine touches it. I looks like an open cut, nothing like or symptomatic of herpes which I havn't had an outbreak of in 20 years. I'm 63, childless and had an awful 14 yr. menopause. I'm diabetic and since I was young I have been prone to boils down there with thick cores that don't come out & therefore reoccur. Any ideas what the lesion could be?
