I recieved the results of a vaginal sonogram that was ordered due to ripping pain in my lower abdomin, My dr. is out of town and as I also have 3 bulging discs scoliosis, spinal stenosis, arthritis and bone spurs i have a specialist seeing me monday for options. I currently and ambulatory.
the sonogram revealed a lesion and firm mass on the uterus. I guess my question is what percent of lesions can turn cancerous and would you just take the whole mess out just in case.

Hello, My question is directed to a gynecologist. I was done an endo-vaginal sonogram. My results were: uterus measures 6.66x4.53x3.87 cm, then it says it had a normal shape and retroverted position. Also that my endometrial thickness is 14 mm and that there are irregular nodular endometrial echoes. they give me the measurements of my ovaries and there are bilateral ovarian follicles. I want to know what does this mean.

Hi.. I had a vaginal sonogram and I came out with the uterus is anteverted and midline in location measuring 6.8 x 3.4 x5.1 cm. Endometrium measure 1.3 cm. also the right ovary measures 2.2 x1.8 x2.5 cm. right ovarian follicular cyst. I would like to know what it means.

I went to the emergency room last night because of cramping I am 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant. According to sonogram they could not detect fetal heart tones and that I had a collapsed yolk sac. What does this mean and am I really having a miscarriage? Also I have not bled at all just cramps.
