I recently took some old painkillers of mine left over from a past surgery in order to get through a tough work day and an unusually more painful back (I have degenerative discs in my lower spine). When I went into work I noticed I had much more energy, and was able to function better and think more clearly than normal. To top that off I wasnt completely exhausted at the end of the day. This made me think, have I been living in a lot of physical pain for a good part of my life? Ive had problems with inflammation, and arthritis like conditions since I was 10 years old (now 19). I dont want to be dependant on painkillers, but if i could live every day of my life like that it would make such a difference.
