I Recently Suffered A Knee Injury Where There Was A

I recently suffered a knee injury where there was a popping sensation followed by instability and limited range of motion for about 6 weeks. I have regained a full range of motion and there is no instability anymore. However when I bend my knee, the fibula head tends to pop out of place, to no pain. Also, sitting with full pressure on my legs causes pain on the injured knee. I know that it is the lcl that causes the fibula head to pop out slightly. What is the likely course of action that will be required?
