I recently started coming out a brown discharge once a day,three times before my actual period for three months.The discharge does not smell and is usually in small quantity.Then I never used to experience any period pain,now I have so much pain sometimes in my lower belly and lower back,sometimes on one side of my lower belly with mild headaches,loss of appetite and nausea.When I stand I feel some sort of weight being pulled down in my lower belly.and it feels hard and numb when I pee.What could this be?
