I recently had a appointment with my family doctor who looked at my condition on the backs of both my ears and said it was Sebberhoric Dermititus. Seems no one in my family has had flare ups, but dandruff does run in my family. She prescribed an antifungal cream which is working but causes my skin to dry out there. This started after a red colored issue arose a few years back inside the upper portion of my left ear, I treated it with a over the counter cream and it cleared, had some skin peeling during that time. Is she correct its SD or is this just a fungi thing, I never had this in all my 36 years. Thanks.
