I received a biopsy (lower lip) report back from my Dr.
Can you please let me know what this means: Sections show skin with hyperkeratosis, hypergranulosis and epidermal acanthosis without atypia.
There is papillary dermal fibrosis and minimal lymphohistiocytic inflammatory infiltrate. Thank you :)
