I live live in the Seattle area. My 22 year old daughter has been using drugs for 4 years and doesn't live at home. She has been couch surfing for a couple years, doing drugs of all kinds. Recently, she has snapped. She is literally out of touch with reality. I have tried to get help for her. Sunday she beat me up, saying her I killed her dog, and wouldn't help her get the nails out of her brothers hands (obviously these are hallucinations). The police took her to the hospital for a 72 hours hold, but because she is on drugs, the hospital let her out after 12 hours. She came right back to my house, still delusional. I've tried working with crisis centers, but no one will help because she uses drugs. This is more than drugs. She has literally snapped. How do I get her help? No one will do anything to help her.
