I live in Delaware where medical marijuana us is legal and controlled by the state...my insurance says they cover marinol...but is that considered medical marijuana for pain and nervous system disorders. My state has 2 state approved marijuana dispensing clinics. But I think that my pharmacitical insurance is trying to dodge the responsibility of having to share the cost of supplying me with the medicine because they only have the manufacturer of marinol listed as approved and not the whole medical marijuana products needed by me to treat my conditions.
