Hey im 17 years old and I leak alot of precum when im aroused it wasnt always this bad but I heard too much masturbpation will cause this and I do masturbate atleast 2 times a day. What can I do to cure this excessive precum problem or atleast minimize it please help me this is really embarassing and it is ruining my life

Having pre-cum when sexually excited is common at this age.
It is prostatic fluid coming out when sexually aroused.
Nothing to worry.
It has no relation with masturbation.
Having habit of masturbation is not bad habit, but control on it.
Avoid seeing porno or sex video.
Avoid thinking of sex much.
Remain busy with your study and pass some time with your friends in the evening.
Have good reading.

It is normal for a boy of your age to get aroused. Masturbating once a day should ideally relieve you of your sexual tension but this is individual behavior. You must keep your mind busy at other times and not think much about your sexual thoughts. In other words please try and control your thoughts when there is a possibility of you getting sexually excited.
You have also mentioned that you masturbate at least twice a day. Please note that you might be preoccupied with masturbation and this is affecting your daily activities. Try and apply your mind in studies and hobbies so that you dont end up thinking about masturbation and sex all day.
